Grocery List Meal Prep #1

(Ingredients for 1 portion)

  • 3 l filtered water

  • 35 ml apple cider vinegar

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 cucumber

  • 3 tsp turmeric fresh or powder 

  • 1 orange

  • black pepper

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 chopped pitted dates

  • 50 g cashew

  • 2 strips of dried Kombu seaweed

  • 6 dried mushrooms

  • 6 carrots 

  • 2 medium onions

  • 1 leek

  • 1 bunch of celery including the heart

  • 5 cloves garlic

  • 2 sweet potatoes

  • fresh ginger

  • 4 cups of kale 

  • bunch fresh parsley
