Ingredients (1 portion)

  • 1 cup plant based milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup pineapple

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1/3 cup broccoli

  • 1 tsp spirulina

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • ice cubes (optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut all fruits and veggies.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  3. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes. Add some water if necessary.

  4. Sprinkle nuts and seeds for more crunchiness and enjoy!
