Ingredients (1 portion)
1 cup plant based milk
1 banana
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 avocado
1 cup kale
1/3 cup broccoli
1 tsp spirulina
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger
ice cubes (optional)
Preparation
Wash and cut all fruits and veggies.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes. Add some water if necessary.
Sprinkle nuts and seeds for more crunchiness and enjoy!
