Wellness Camp Focus: Knowledge

Knowledge is a key factor when creating at 121tribe. We believe we are all lifelong learners and that knowledge is an on-going process. This is why we make sure to focus our programs around educating our Tribers on topics from nutrition to sleep. Throughout our previous Wellness Camp, our Tribers showed a 39% increase in their overall knowledge level when comparing on a scale of 1 to 10 of how they felt they were fuelling their bodies before and after the camp. This amazing increase has proven how effective the Wellness Camp was for them to build healthy, life-changing habits.

Knowledge is something that never stops and something you can never have too much of. During our Sunday Campfires our Tribers bonded and learned from each other by sharing recipes, motivating each other, group workouts - they even discussed books, documentaries and studies they have read about how to live your best and healthiest life! We are so proud that our group of Tribers from our first Wellness Camp continues to keep in touch and share their journey with each other to this day!
