Wellness Camp Focus: Hydration

Staying hydrated is one of the most important aspects of maintaining good health, but unfortunately it is something that is easily forgotten about as life gets busy. In our previous blog post linked here, you can learn all about why water is one of the most vital nutrients for our bodies and all of the amazing benefits it provides for us.

Throughout our first Wellness Camp, our Tribers experienced a 34% increase in their overall hydration levels by ranking how they felt within this category from 1 to 10 before and after the camp took place. This amazing increase has proven how effective the Wellness Camp was for them to build healthy, life changing habits.

During the camp, they utilized the hydration tracking feature in the app to calculate their personalized recommended amount of water for the day, track how many glasses they were actually drinking, and encouraged each other to stay on top of it. At one point, they even began a Water Challenge to see if they could exceed their daily goals! Check out our instagram post about their awesome Water Challenge here.

Another great aspect of the Wellness Camp that helped to improve our Tribers’ hydration levels were through the amazing water enhancing recipes provided by our Wellness Expert, Sorina Fredholm. Throughout the 21 day Wellness Camp, you will have access to various recipes that you are encouraged to prepare to help increase the nutritional benefits of your water as well as keep it exciting!
