Immune Boosting Green Smoothie
How to Make a High Immunity Green Smoothie
Recipe:
1 banana
1 bunch of kale
½ cup frozen mango
½ apple
½ lemon
½ bunch fresh mint
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp spirulina
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cordyceps
1 cup plant based milk
Handful of ice cubes
Nuts and seeds to top*
Steps:
In a high-powered blender add all ingredients except for the nuts and seeds and blend for 1-2 minutes (substitute or leave out any ingredients if you don’t have on hand).
Pour into your favorite glass and top with preferred nuts and seeds.
