Ingredients (1 portion)

  • 1 tsp turmeric (fresh grated or powder)

  • 1 orange

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • a dash of black pepper

  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the orange and the turmeric (if using fresh).

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high speed for 1 minute.

  3. Enjoy it for an energy boost instead of your espresso.
