Wellness Camp Focus: Sleep

Quality sleep is an essential aspect of our health that is often overlooked. Improved brain function, productivity, metabolism, and memory are just a few of the benefits one can experience from prioritizing good quality sleep. Some of the contributing factors of achieving good quality sleep patterns include our nutrition and exercise levels which are both focuses in our Wellness Camp program.

Throughout our previous Wellness Camp, our Tribers showed a 38% increase in their overall sleep level when comparing on a scale of 1 to 10 of how they felt they were fueling their bodies before and after the camp. This amazing increase has proven how effective the Wellness Camp was for them to build healthy, life changing habits.
