Wellness Camp Focus: Nutrition

Emphasizing the importance of plant-based, nutritious meals is the core of 121 Tribe. The food we put into our bodies becomes who we are at a cellular level and therefore is essential to our health and wellness.

Throughout our previous Wellness Camp, our Tribers showed a 72% increase in their overall nutrition level when comparing on a scale of 1 to 10 of how they felt they were fueling their bodies before and after the camp. This amazing increase has proven how effective the Wellness Camp was for them to build healthy, life changing habits.

Better nutrition is easy to accomplish in our app with the help of a grocery list generator, recipes for complete days of eating, and calculated recommended portions. Each recipe is carefully created by our Wellness Experts, Darin Olien and Sorina Fredholm, who select each of the ingredients for the host of benefits they provide for your body.
